Warrior Zone
This is a new concept multimedia gaming center, lounge, and sports bar. Scope included demolition of existing utilities, new utilities, sitework and construction. The structure features distinct cast-in-place features and large format exterior tile. The roof features translucent panels at the entry and there is a covered patio. Sustainable designed and constructed to USGBC LEED Silver criteria. Key features:
- Internet and video gaming stations featuring Alienware and remote tournaments
- “Home theater†with streaming movies or rental DVDs
- Billiards tables and the ability to compete in remote billiards tournaments via video conferencing
The ·¬ارض±²¥ team was able to maintain the project budget and adhere to the project schedule while meeting the evolving needs of the end-users as well as the IMCOM G-9 management team. Being able to adapt to the ever-changing government requirements can be challenging, but the ·¬ارض±²¥ Team met all challenges effectively and with a can-do, team oriented philosophy.
