At ֱ We Value Collaboration, Work-Life Balance and Giving Back to Our Community — We're a Family You Can Grow With

Our employees are our greatest asset. That’s why we invest in their professional growth, routinely seek out their feedback and promote from within first. People who work here, stay here. The average ֱ employee has been with the company for 10 years, and the majority of our top leadership started at ֱ right out of college. Our growth is fueled by a passion for innovation, a belief in teamwork and a workplace where employee ideas are valued.

Community involvement & Volunteering

A culture of giving.

At ֱ, we pride ourselves on constructing more than just world-class buildings. ֱ employees form the heart of the ֱ Foundation, donating their time, talent and energy for a variety of worthwhile causes across the Jacksonville area and beyond. We encourage employees to make volunteering a family affair, creating ways for their entire family to participate in giving back. Our employee-driven volunteer efforts include assembling food baskets for Community Hospice, preparing and serving meals to local families in need, mentoring high school students through the ֱ Academy of Engineering and more.
